How do I book?
On WhatsApp at +52 55 1814 7910. Tell us the treatment, the location and two times that work, and we'll confirm on the spot. For circuits, rituals and groups it's worth booking a few days ahead.
How does the 20% first-visit discount work?
It applies once, to a single service, for first-time clients. Mention the code when you book and show it at reception. It doesn't stack with multi-session packages or other running promotions.
What's included in a massage?
Aromatherapy, sound therapy and use of the showers. We work with high-grade essential and carrier oils. Circuits and rituals also include a fruit tasting and sparkling water.
Do I need a consultation first?
For facials, body treatments, laser and alternative therapies the consultation is free and we recommend it: it lets us set the number of sessions and the actives to your skin. It takes about 15 minutes.
Do you treat pregnancy and postpartum?
Yes. We offer prenatal massage, postpartum massage and Shantala infant massage. If your pregnancy is high-risk or you have any medical instruction, check with your doctor first and tell us when you book.
What if I'm late, or need to cancel?
The session still ends at the scheduled time if you arrive late, because someone is booked after you. To move an appointment, give us at least 4 hours' notice and we'll reschedule without any fuss.
How far do you travel for in-home visits?
We cover the south of Mexico City from Coyoacán, and the Ojo de Agua area from our second location. Send us your neighbourhood and we'll tell you the travel cost before you commit.
